Use the "One Search" search box on the library's homepage to search all the databases at once.

Try a lot of combinations of search terms until you find the ones that get you what you need. It is suggested you start with: "technology trend forecasting". Something like "emerging technology" may also work.

If you look at the subjects attached to useful articles you may find other search phrases and terms. Once you have some idea of specific technologies you could directly search for those.

Searching on the web shouldn't be hard, but be careful about what to trust. Ultimately you are dealing with a certainly level of speculation, but whoever is making the projection should be giving you a good reason for their analysis.

Here is a potential web resource: Under the "methodology" section they tell you a bit about how their conclusions were reached. Judge for yourself whether it is worthwhile.
