Q. What does "Citation Online" mean? (3 of 3)
"Citation Online" informs you that the article exists. When you click "Citation Online", a new page displays. When you click Request it takes you to the ILLiad login for submitting a request.
Before you submit a request
You should ALWAYS type the article title in your web browser (Chrome or Firefox) to see if it is accessible from the web. ResearchGate & Academia.edu are sources for articles.
