Thank you so much for taking the trouble to document this problem (tool not linking directly to full text as it should). We are aware of this problem and are working on it.

In the meantime, if you note the journal title of the article you can use the library's full-text journal finder to locate the article. In this case, I pasted the journal title International Journal of Play Therapy in the search box and got results that inform on the two databases in which the journal is indexed:

  International journal of play therapy  (1555-6824)         
from 1992 to present in APA PsycNET and PsycArticles

I selected PsychArticles and the link for the journal and all it's volumes/issues sorted by year appeared. I looked for 2017, Issue 1, p 33 and saw the Ritzi article that you were looking for. 

This process is detailed for you to model in the event it happens again, you'll at least have an alternative method of retrieving the article.
